1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AstroFlow's lead generation and digital advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AstroFlow provides lead generation and digital advertising services designed to help businesses identify and engage with potential customers. Our services include:

• AI-powered lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
• Social network integration and amplification
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with the following rates:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. There are no setup fees or monthly minimums. You only pay for qualified leads that meet your specified criteria.

4. Lead Qualification Criteria

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Meets your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
• Has provided valid and verifiable contact information
• Has passed our multi-step verification process

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to deliver high-quality leads consistently. However, lead generation results may vary based on market conditions, industry factors, and campaign parameters. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or sales outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used by AstroFlow remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our technology or processes.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business data. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

AstroFlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Henderson, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
